Description
Speak to Qual-Kehk to start the final quest. Fight through the 3 levels of the Worldstone Keep and the Throne of Destruction. Baal will spawn 5 Unique Guardians one at a time: Colenzo the Annihilator, Achmel the Cursed, Bartuc the Bloody, Ventar the Unholy, and Lister the Tormentor. After defeating all guardians, Baal escapes through a portal. Follow him to the Worldstone Chamber and kill him. Tyrael will appear and destroy the Worldstone.
Reward
Items dropped by Baal, completing the game, and a new title for your character.
