Description
Speak with the Archangel Tyrael in the Pandemonium Fortress to activate this quest. Travel to the Plains of Despair and defeat Izual, who has powerful Frost Nova and melee attacks. After defeating him, his spirit will appear and speak to you. Return and speak to Tyrael to complete the quest.
