Description
Retrieve the Horadric Malus from the Barracks, protected by the Smith (a special, extra strong unique). The Malus is located on the forge behind the Smith. Return it to Charsi. She will turn an item into a rare item by adding 3-5 magical attributes. The item cannot be magical, socketed, thrown, or jewelry.
Reward
Charsi will imbue one item with magic properties (3-5 magical attributes)
